Are you a Florida resident? If you are and you are looking to travel out of the country, you will need to find a Florida airfield that is known as an international airport. I will agree with anybody that says the state of the economy is no the best. I do still feel that we need to get out and enjoy our lives, however. I don’t know how bad it will end up, but if we can do things, we should.

There are hotels, airlines, travel agents, all kinds of people cutting their rates to attract customers. This is the time you need to book. You will probably get a better deal now that you would be able to any other time. I think it is a good opportunity to go visit somewhere, then you won’t regret it if you can’t in the future.

You can really get a good deal right now, and you will be mad at yourself if in the future you cant secure this deal or afford to travel. Now is the time to book and go! Even if you just take a few days away somewhere, it is better than nothing.

The economy is in shambles, but luxury family travel expenditure is on the rise. Luxury travel allows people to leave their worries behind and enjoy their little slice of paradise.

We will look at a couple pointers for an excellent luxury family vacation in this article. Depending upon the distance you’re traveling, there are a few or a lot of things to pay attention to, so always do your homework before you go!

When traveling abroad, be sure to check if you will be needing any shots before going. Some African, South American and Asian countries require it.

If you want to take any pets with you, plan a long time ahead. It’s an arduous task to take animals abroad and it can take quite a while to get everything sorted out.

Elephant Polo. The name alone conjures images of romance and glory. I will not rest until I see a game. A variation of standard polo, the game take place using elephants instead of horses, (as one might surmise from the title). I can only imagine the chaos that results. The home of the game, and the World Elephant Polo Championships is Tiger Tops Jungle Lodge in Nepal, but matches can also be found in Sri Lanka, India and England. While New York has a team: “The Blue Elephants”, the current champions are England’s own “Air Tuskers”.

Holiday Planning Tips

by Peter Wilson

When going on vacation, it is very important to create a checklist so you don’t forget essential items you will need. These items include watch, hat, camera, notebook, toothbrush, razor, and other small items. Make your list a few days in advance and add to it each time you think of another item. When packing, go over your list to make sure everything you have is on it. You may want to also go into your bathroom and check to see if there is anything else you will need. This is especially important if you are taking a cruise as you will have fewer opportunities to buy these items once you set sail.

The goal of the Amanusa is serenity, and it couldn’t be more perfectly situated to achieve that goal. On one side of the resort lies the lush green tropical splendor of Bali, and on the other lies the clear, turquoise sea.

The resort provides the ultimate in Balinese hospitality, combined with western amenities, based on spiritual principles, in a beautiful setting. Where better to surrender to total relaxation?

The resort may feel as if it in another world, but shopping, dining and cultural diversions are nearby in the bougainvillea-lined streets of Nusa Dua. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

As an aid to total wellness, resident massage therapists offer spa treatments within the comfort and privacy of the guest’s private suites. As an aid to relaxation, a flawlessly manicured golf course sits like a gem between the resort and the blue, blue ocean.

I love Bermuda Cruises

by Charlie Reese

The island of Bermuda has many charms and is a terrific destination for water sports, golf, and historic sights or just lazing on the pink sands. Several companies offer cruises to Bermuda, so you get a great vacation on a luxury cruise ship and on the island. By the time you reach your destination at Kings Wharf, you will feel pampered and rested.

Norwegian Cruises run a 7-Night cruise from New York City on board the Norwegian Dawn, a ship with a choice of 12 restaurants, 9 bars and lounges and 3 swimming pools to relax in. There is also a fitness center and spa, a theatre and a casino.

Florence, known as Firenze in Italian is the capital of Tuscany which is a region of Italy. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Florence lies in the centre of hills and mountains and contains beautiful architecture from some of the great masters like Leonardo, Dante, Machiavelli, and Michelangelo.

While you are in Florence, don’t forget to you visit a number of museums, of which the most famed is the Uffizi. This is considered to be one of the world’s best fine art museums. It has a enormous collection of paintings together with some by Boticelli as well. There are generally long queues of people to get into the museum, so try to get an advance reservation through the website.

Venica, called Veneizia in Italia is very amazing city in the world. Constructed on a lagoon, the city is very similar as it was about six centuries back. The only alteration that has happened is the amount of visitors it attracts towards itself. Moreover, the number of visitors is constantly rising with each year. Summer is the most horrible time to visit the city as it is very warm, and the canals turn out to be very stinky as well. Spring and fall in contrast are significantly good periods to visit the city as the weather is comparatively lower.
