A Cruise around Alaska can be an amazing experience that parents can easily share with their children. Not only will a visit to Alaska provide your children with a great holiday but also an educational experience on the weather, glaciers, marine life and general wildlife in the many vast areas of natural habitat that Alaska has to offer.
If you are traveling with children and are worried about everyone being fed up, then don’t be. There are lots of activities for adults and children so if you want to take part in something the chances are that the children will also be doing something at the same time. There are also on-board sitters to watch your children in the evening

At this stage you are probably utterly certain that Cuba is the country that you want to visit for your next vacation but you probably need some assistance on the actual booking process. This might seem a little bit trivial but it is definitely not the case if you are looking to organize Cuban holidays.

York begins the Christmas season this year (2009) with festive late shopping on Thursday 19th November and includes some organized family fun and festivities such as the decoration of a sparkling Christmas tree in St Helen’s Square and an ice sculpture of an angel in St Sampson’s Square.
The most popular event in York’s Christmas calendar, St Nicholas Fayre takes place on the 26th November this year and is then followed on the York event calendar by the annual Festival of Angels which takes place on 12-13 December.
The combination of a colourful programme of events, the nightly ghost walks around York, and the narrow cobbled medieval streets and gothic architecture , and you have undoubtedly an exciting winter season for visitors to enjoy while visiting York.

The Pearl of the Indian Ocean lies only 31 km (19 ml) off India’s south coast. Its modern name is taken from the Sanskrit ancient Indian epics Mahabharata and the Ramayana, and means resplendent land.
Sri Lanka’s chief characteristic is intensity …of colour, of beauty, of religious belief, of sectarian commitment, and of affection it inspires in everyone who goes there. The first to stay became the stuff of legend: the 2,500 year-old Mahawamsa chronicle describes the arrival of the ‘Sinhala’ (lion race), and the island’s history since has been a series of shifting kingdoms, each leaving a treasury of ruins and literature, and a tangle of relationships that are still being decoded in its modern political life.
When you go to Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle of Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa and Dambullal Sigiriya, you see the architectural glories of the past, but they are living history. They are active religious sites, not floodlit movie sets.
