Secrets Of A Zihuatanejo Villa Rental

January 27th, 2010 · No Comments

by Sean Elstins

A Zihuatanejo villa rental will likely astound you. Zihuatanejo is in the Mexican state of Guerrero on the west coast. It’s tropical there, like Hawaii. The area was until the mid-70’s a peaceful fishing village with a beautiful semi-circle sand beach and the mountains rising behind it. The fishermen still come to the beach early in the morning to sell their catch, and if you ask for fish in the late evening, the restaurants likely will be sold out.

You must decide what size villa and in what area before you start: 5 star? hillside? How much staff do you want? Do you need just a maid once a day, or a cook, gardener, houseboy, laundress or guard dog? How about air conditioning, TV, orr a modern kitchen? Be sure to get all this in writing ahead of time.
