I will agree with anybody that says the state of the economy is no the best. I do still feel that we need to get out and enjoy our lives, however. I don’t know how bad it will end up, but if we can do things, we should.

There are hotels, airlines, travel agents, all kinds of people cutting their rates to attract customers. This is the time you need to book. You will probably get a better deal now that you would be able to any other time. I think it is a good opportunity to go visit somewhere, then you won’t regret it if you can’t in the future.

You can really get a good deal right now, and you will be mad at yourself if in the future you cant secure this deal or afford to travel. Now is the time to book and go! Even if you just take a few days away somewhere, it is better than nothing.

There is one thing we can count on, sitting around with the current state of the world is not going to make it any better. Life is to short to waste time. I am not saying blow your entire savings and go travel, this would be dumb. I am saying if you are on the fence go for it, because who knows what is on the horizion.

Things will be just the same when you return. There is no reason not to take a little trip and forget about the day to day. It will make you feel much better upon your return. There is nothing wrong with looking for a budget deal, and not spending as much. Not traveling or doing anything though will only make things worse.
