Many of these rooms also are very big and are really good meeting places while on the road. Many will order room service and drinks for the meeting and this can add a special touch which can make the meeting more productive and positive.

Usually the price is the first thing a person looks at when getting a hotel room. Trying to fit the needs of the traveler to the price they are able to spend is the key. It is important to also ask the hotel if any specials are available or if they are willing to deal if the hotel is not busy.
