Instead of having to leave early to return to your accommodation in the center of Paris you can get the children off to bed at the same time and you are able to stay longer in the theme park.
There are lots of hotels near to the theme park, which will provide convenient access of being simply a few moments away by rail but cheaper in cost. A solution some people choose is to stay for a few nights in the center of Paris and then stay a couple of nights in or near the theme park.
As the kids grow up they may learn to value a trip to one of the umpteen museums If not you could still keep everybody happy by having a mix of fun and culture.
Perhaps for a really unique option you could mix a stay in Paris with a stay in London. Going to and from the cities is easy either by cheap flight deals or by direct train links using Eurostar.
