Usually when people select a hotel break most cities are not much fun for kids, So the grownups would be happy visiting museums and the kids are more likely to be indifferent. One of the better options is a trip to Paris when the grownups can enjoy the many cultural activities and sights and you could also take a couple of days out for some essential household fun.

For anyone who has visited one of the Disney theme parks in America you will know how much fun the children can have, not to mention the adults. Just outside Paris is Disneyland Resort where there is good access by rail right to the park entrance.

There are some similar rides and some you may have not been on before nevertheless the fundamental idea is the same you will all have a fantastic time. By combining the two different elements you can make a family hotel break that all the household could love.

When staying in Paris you have lots of alternatives to pick from. You could stay in the Disneyland Resort, which will give you special access to the park and enable you to stay longer there especially in the evenings. Instead of having to leave early to return to your accommodation in the center of Paris you can get the children off to bed at the same time and you are able to stay longer in the theme park.

There are lots of hotels near to the theme park, which will provide convenient access of being simply a few moments away by rail but cheaper in cost. A solution some people choose is to stay for a few nights in the center of Paris and then stay a couple of nights in or near the theme park.

As the kids grow up they may learn to value a trip to one of the umpteen museums If not you could still keep everybody happy by having a mix of fun and culture.

Perhaps for a really unique option you could mix a stay in Paris with a stay in London. Going to and from the cities is easy either by cheap flight deals or by direct train links using Eurostar.
